As a parent, I know first hand how those early days with your child quickly turn into weeks, then into months, and before you know it years have passed and your little one is starting big school! Where does all that time go? Between the nappy changes and the feeding, we also have to look after ourselves. In the whirlwind, it’s easy to find ourselves caught behind the camera while we capture every “first” our children have. We may even be more comfortable out of sight, perhaps we feel those sleepless nights have taken their toll on our appearance, or we might not have lost all that baby weight we wanted to! Trust me, I know the feeling!! But when our children grow up and look back at the photos you took, they will look for the faces of their parents. What will your children find?
Well now you can relax! In my fun family shoots, I make sure everyone looks and feels beautiful, I capture you at your best angle. (If you don’t believe me check out the awesome family shoots below!) And sure… maybe we haven’t lost all that baby weight, and maybe we are tired from those sleepless nights… I felt the same way before my own family shoot… I get it… but we are always glad we made the effort to capture our family at this moment in time. These are years that will never come again, moments we don’t want to forget. It’s time to step out, and stop hiding behind the camera.
